Travel and Tour Officer – Full‑time (NGN 150k‑200k/month)

About the role

The Travel and Tour Officer will support corporate and agency clients in planning and executing both domestic and international travel. Working onsite in Abuja, you will ensure smooth booking processes, compliance with travel regulations, and optimal client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Process flight, hotel, and ground transportation bookings using GDS platforms.
• Manage client itineraries and provide timely updates on travel restrictions.
• Assist with visa applications for major destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada and Schengen countries.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and generate travel reports.
• Stay informed about emerging travel trends and popular vacation destinations.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience as a travel agent in agency or corporate settings.
• Familiarity with GDS booking systems and preferably a CRM tool.
• Good understanding of foreign and domestic travel requirements and restrictions.
• Strong knowledge of visa application procedures for major countries.
