About the role

The Trade Marketing Executive will design and execute trade marketing strategies that boost product visibility, sales, and brand awareness across retail and wholesale channels in the FMCG sector.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement trade marketing plans and in‑store promotions.
Coordinate branding, displays, and merchandising initiatives.
Align trade marketing activities with sales targets and business goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and customer insights to refine strategies.
Manage budgets, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and report on KPIs such as sales growth and market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and internal sales teams.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
3+ years of trade marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with data analysis tools.
