Executive Assistant & Social Media Manager

About the role

This hybrid position supports the CEO with executive assistance while also managing Opsuite’s social media presence. You will switch between drafting board‑ready documents and engaging with followers across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments and follow‑ups; attend key meetings, take notes and track action items.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, reports and other business documents while maintaining confidentiality.
• Plan, schedule and publish content on Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp (minimum 4‑5 posts per week) and handle daily Stories, comments and DMs.
• Coordinate content briefs and asset delivery with designers and video editors, ensuring brand voice consistency.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide first‑level support, follow up with prospects and partners, and assist with product demos.
• Conduct market and competitor research, track projects and deadlines, and help with event coordination and trainings.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking ability with high attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing a brand’s voice on social media and interacting professionally with executives, clients and partners.
• Tech‑savvy, quick to learn new tools, and proactive in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Canva, Meta Business Suite or similar scheduling tools.
