Ticketing / Visa Officer

About the role

A travel company in Port Harcourt, Rivers State is looking for a Ticketing / Visa Officer to handle flight bookings, ticketing and visa applications for clients. The position is stable, full-time employment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle flight bookings, ticketing, rebooking and cancellations
• Process visa applications and school applications for clients
• Manage airline reservations using Amadeus or other reservation systems
• Advise clients on visa requirements, travel documentation and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client requests
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments and visa files
• Coordinate with airlines, embassies and partners

Required profile

• HND or Bachelor's degree
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Ticketing / Visa Officer
• Experience in flight bookings, ticketing, rebooking, cancellations and visa processing
• Knowledge of visa and school application procedures
• Good communication, customer service and organisational skills

Required skills

• Knowledge of Amadeus or other airline reservation systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email
