About the role
We are looking for a proactive Ticketing and Reservation Officer to join our travel services team in Abuja. The role involves assisting clients with booking flights, hotels, car rentals and other travel‑related services while delivering a high standard of customer care.
Key responsibilities
- Process customer inquiries and reservations for flights, hotels, and car rentals using computerized reservation systems.
- Provide accurate information on travel regulations, airline and hotel policies, and recommend suitable options.
- Resolve reservation issues promptly and ensure a smooth booking experience.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and travel regulations.
- Support sales targets by maximizing revenue from bookings.
Required profile
- HND or BSc in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in travel, ticketing or reservation services.
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using computerized reservation systems.
