About the role
The Tendering & Business Development Engineer will drive the identification and acquisition of electrical engineering and MEP project contracts, preparing competitive bids and building client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and source tender opportunities for electrical and MEP projects.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial tenders, bids, and proposals.
- Develop accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and project pricing.
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and follow up on submitted tenders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience in electrical engineering tendering, bidding, and business development.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation and tender documentation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
