Telesales Representative

About the role

The Telesales Representative will engage potential and existing customers over the phone to promote Lloyds Limited’s tourism and travel services. Working from our Abuja office, you will use scripted dialogues to generate interest, answer queries and drive sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospects and existing clients to present products and services using approved scripts.
• Answer product‑related questions and gather customer requirements.
• Close sales over the phone and forward qualified leads to the field sales team.
• Enter and update customer information accurately in the CRM/database.
• Process orders and handle grievances to protect the company’s reputation.
• Maintain detailed call logs and sales records for future follow‑up.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum three years of proven telesales or customer‑service experience.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, preferably through phone channels.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Calm under pressure and able to handle rejection.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard computer packages and telephone systems.
