Telesales & Field Sales Executive (Lagos‑Ibadan Expressway)

About the role

I2 Solutions is seeking energetic Telesales & Field Sales Executives to join its on‑site team on the Lagos‑Ibadan expressway. You will combine outbound phone outreach with face‑to‑face client visits to generate new business and nurture existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, present products/services and close sales.
• Visit clients in the Sagamu area, conduct product demonstrations and present proposals.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to build long‑term relationships.
• Track sales activities, update customer records and prepare basic sales reports.
• Support promotional campaigns and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.

Required profile

• Proven ability in telesales or inside sales, including outbound calling and lead follow‑up.
• Experience in field sales, client visits and product presentations.
• Strong communication, objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Minimum high school diploma; business or marketing qualification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and work occasional extended hours.
