About the role
Join Chowdeck as a Telesales Agent in Lagos, Marina, driving customer engagement and product adoption through outbound calls.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote products, services, promotions and special offers.
- Handle customer questions, objections and concerns professionally while maintaining accurate interaction records.
- Meet daily and weekly call volume, sales and conversion targets and gather customer feedback for the team.
Required profile
- Diploma in any field.
- 0–2 years of experience in telesales, sales or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
- Target‑driven, commercially minded and results‑oriented.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM or customer engagement tools (explicitly mentioned as an advantage).
