Telemarketer – Customer Outreach & Sales

About the role
We are looking for an energetic Telemarketer to promote our services over the phone, build strong relationships with prospects, and convert inquiries into sales. The role involves engaging with clients across several Nigerian states and delivering a high‑quality customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential clients by phone and present company services.
- Provide support, information and guidance to develop lasting client relationships.
- Maintain service quality by adhering to organisational standards.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and overall results.
- Identify prospect needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Required profile
- HND or B.Sc. in Marketing or a related discipline.
- 2‑3 years of relevant experience in sales or telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal communication, outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proximity to Abuja, Lagos, Oyo or Rivers is an advantage.

What we offer
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 90,000 to NGN 120,000.
