Technical Stores Officer

About the role

Green Africa Airways Limited is seeking a Technical Stores Officer to manage and coordinate logistics activities within its aircraft stores. The role ensures that all parts, materials, tools, and equipment are stored securely and in compliance with regulatory and OEM standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all logistics activities in the technical stores.
• Label and store incoming parts, materials, tools, and equipment correctly.
• Secure storage of aircraft spare parts, tooling, and equipment while meeting regulatory, OEM, and industry requirements.
• Oversee issuance procedures for parts, materials, and tools to maintain accountability and traceability.
• Maintain minimum‑maximum stock levels and monitor inventory.
• Conduct periodic stock‑taking and distribute accurate stock reports.

Required profile

• HND or BSc degree.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and technical stores management.
• Knowledge of documentation and maintenance store records.
