Technical & Scientific Sales Representative – AI Training

About the role

We are looking for experienced technical or scientific sales professionals to design and refine realistic customer‑facing tasks that help train advanced AI systems. You will work remotely, collaborating with AI evaluation teams to ensure tasks are accurate, relevant, and practical.

Key responsibilities

• Create expert tasks covering prospecting, needs discovery, solution positioning, technical demos, proposals, objection handling, and account growth.
• Validate technical accuracy, commercial relevance, and practicality of each task.
• Incorporate calibration feedback and apply project quality rubrics.
• Deliver tasks within a short‑term, up‑to‑9‑week contractor engagement.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience in technical or scientific sales, solutions consulting, or a related customer‑facing role.
• Background in engineering, life sciences, healthcare, technology, or another technical discipline.
• Proven ability to conduct discovery, assess solution fit, explain complex products, handle technical objections, and build demos and proposals.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• AI evaluation or related analytical experience is a plus but not mandatory.

• Short‑term contractor engagement (up to 9 weeks).
• Flexible schedule: 4–40 hours per week with at least 4 hours overlapping Pacific Time.
• Compensation: $6.30 USD per hour.
