Technical Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Technical Sales Coordinator will support commercial and technical activities for fixed gas and flame detection solutions within the oil & gas sector. Acting as the link between Sales, Engineering, Operations and Clients, the role ensures timely delivery of high‑quality, compliant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer relationships, including key accounts and new business opportunities.
• Prepare, follow up and support technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, procurement, logistics and internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Perform site surveys, on‑site commissioning, first‑line maintenance, troubleshooting and customer training for gas and flame detection systems.
• Develop maintenance plans, service agreements and spare‑parts recommendations.
• Monitor maintenance performance and maintain accurate technical and regulatory documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements and applicable regulations.

• Willingness to work on‑site and travel as required.
