Technical Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

NimbleByte Global, an IT recruitment company connecting technology professionals with businesses, is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to work remotely. The role covers end-to-end recruitment for technical professionals while also supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment for consultants, software developers and other positions according to current and projected business needs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate the full recruitment process, including screening, interviews, candidate selection, offers, onboarding and follow-ups.
• Oversee routine HR activities such as onboarding, attendance tracking, documentation, staff coordination and workplace matters.
• Develop HR procedures, performance expectations, reporting systems and accountability processes.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Experience with contract staffing in Nigeria or international remote recruitment.
• Proven track record of recruiting senior, lead or staff-level engineers.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Experience negotiating compensation, managing notice periods, handling counteroffers and confirming contractor availability.

Required skills

• Sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Hugging Face, Kaggle and technical communities.

What we offer

• Base salary of $200-$300 per month.
• Recruitment bonus of $50-$100 for each successful hire.
