About the role
The Technical Project Manager will organise and drive delivery of a smart productivity hardware product for a partner company. Working closely with product, engineering, design and operations teams, you will translate ideas and requirements into clear plans and actionable tasks. You will coordinate multiple workstreams in an international environment, ensuring deadlines, dependencies and risks are actively managed.
Key responsibilities
- Organise sprint work, including planning, task breakdown, prioritisation and progress tracking.
- Translate product requirements and decisions into clear, actionable tasks for engineering and design teams.
- Track deadlines, dependencies, blockers, risks and agreements across project participants.
- Maintain accurate backlogs, roadmaps, project documentation and task statuses.
- Document product and technical decisions, meeting outcomes and agreed next steps.
- Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, design and operations.
- Run regular team syncs and follow‑up to ensure decisions are executed.
- Support changes in requirements by assessing impact on scope, timelines and delivery.
- Coordinate operational matters involving vendors, contractors, legal, finance and other external stakeholders.
- Proactively identify delivery risks and escalate issues that could affect timelines, quality or product outcomes.
Required profile
- 3+ years experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Manager or Product Operations Manager in a technology product company.
- Hands‑on experience running Agile/Scrum processes and managing sprint execution.
- Ownership of projects from initial scoping through release.
- Ability to write requirements, user scenarios, acceptance criteria and development or design tasks.
- Experience managing multiple parallel workstreams, dependencies and external stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Basic understanding of how hardware, firmware, mobile and backend components interact.
- Upper‑Intermediate English and a self‑driven, proactive approach.
