Technical Project Manager – Project Delivery & Systems

About the role

Bave Design Studio, a Christian web design agency specializing in WordPress and WooCommerce sites, is seeking a highly organized Technical Project Manager. You will own project delivery, workflow management, documentation, reporting, and internal systems to ensure efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client projects from onboarding through launch, creating plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Monitor daily progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues.
• Own and maintain the agency CRM, ensuring team adoption and accurate task tracking.
• Build dashboards, reporting systems, and automate workflows for visibility and accountability.
• Create and maintain SOPs, internal documentation, and continuously improve agency processes.
• Lead project meetings, assign tasks, coordinate cross‑department communication, and monitor team capacity.
• Provide weekly management reports, risk updates, and KPI dashboards for leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Background in web design, digital marketing, software, or creative agency environments.
• Strong understanding of WordPress and familiarity with WooCommerce.
• Experience using project management tools and creating SOPs.
• Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to implement systems and processes.
