Technical Business Developer (Nigeria)

About the role

Isopan is seeking a proactive Technical Business Developer to lead commercial activities in Nigeria. You will be responsible for executing the country’s commercial plan, managing a portfolio of customers, and achieving sales targets while promoting sustainable construction solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business development by implementing strategies defined by management.
• Identify and contact potential customers, expand business opportunities, and manage key accounts.
• Assess customer needs and propose technical solutions aligned with Isopan’s insulated metal panel portfolio.
• Prepare weekly reports on orders, margins, and market developments, and suggest corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution, order follow‑up, and completion.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Experience in the construction sector.
• High level of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Residence in Nigeria.
• Training or experience in commercial strategy and customer management is advantageous.

• Competence with standard office software tools.
