Technical Assistant to the CEO

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Technical Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer of Nextzon Business Services Limited. The role acts as the CEO’s strategic right‑hand, translating strategy into execution and ensuring key initiatives are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Support the CEO in strategic planning, business analysis, performance monitoring and decision‑making.
• Coordinate implementation of strategic initiatives, track milestones and KPIs, and follow up with business units.
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, competitor benchmarking and prepare executive reports, board papers and presentations.
• Manage cross‑functional projects, identify risks, align stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) to improve research, reporting and decision support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (2:1) in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related field; Master’s/MBA a plus.
• Minimum five years of post‑qualification experience, preferably in a management‑consulting environment.
• Proven ability to work directly with senior executives and manage multiple high‑priority initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude or Perplexity.
