About the role
The Company is seeking a dynamic Team Lead to drive its sales operations, focusing on customer acquisition, loan marketing and deposit mobilisation in the banking and micro‑finance sector.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team to achieve targets.
- Drive customer acquisition, loan marketing and deposit mobilisation.
- Monitor team performance and submit daily/weekly reports.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales ethics.
Required profile
- Minimum OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in any field.
- At least two years of experience in sales and team leadership, preferably within banking or micro‑finance.
- Residence near D‑line, Port Harcourt.
- Target‑driven, disciplined and comfortable using CRM tools.

What we offer
- Competitive salary between NGN 200,000 and NGN 250,000 per month.
