Team Lead, Investment and Funds Mobilization

About the role

The client seeks a proactive, results‑driven Team Lead to head its funds mobilisation function. You will oversee fund sourcing, manage investor relationships and ensure diversified funding streams to meet liquidity and growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team in mobilising funds from individuals and corporate entities to meet liquidity requirements.
• Maintain and strengthen investor relationships, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
• Identify new markets and opportunities to grow the investor base.
• Diversify funding sources to reduce risk.
• Supervise and mentor team members, ensuring targets are met and activities align with company goals.

Required profile

• 3 to 7 years of experience in treasury, investment, or funds mobilisation.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Good knowledge of financial markets, investment instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven track record of sourcing funds and managing investor relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
