About the role
Luxlet Africa is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment process and build high‑performing teams. You will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent that supports the company’s growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with current and future hiring needs.
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline using diverse sourcing tools and platforms.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure quality hires.
- Enhance employer brand and improve candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- Track hiring metrics and provide insights to optimise recruitment effectiveness.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees.

- Proven experience delivering full‑cycle recruitment results.
- Demonstrated ability to attract and retain top talent.
- Immediate availability to start.
