Talent Acquisition Specialist – FMCG Recruitment

About the role

Multipro Consumer Products Limited, a leading FMCG company in Nigeria, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment across the country. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for its diverse portfolio of brands.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the full recruitment cycle – from job posting and phone screening to in‑person interviews and candidate communication.
• Proactively source resumes on multiple channels to meet hiring needs.
• Screen CVs, shortlist candidates and coordinate further assessment steps.
• Develop and maintain talent pools by engaging with colleges, employment agencies, community groups and online platforms.
• Manage job advertisements on high‑performing recruitment sites.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of proven experience as an in‑house recruiter, headhunter or agency consultant, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Energetic, hardworking attitude with willingness to work overtime when required.
• Strong networking ability and a genuine interest in meeting new people.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
