About the role
The Talent Acquisition Officer will support Sayed Farms Limited’s talent acquisition strategy by managing end‑to‑end recruitment activities, ensuring timely and cost‑effective hiring while delivering a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned positions, from requisition to onboarding.
- Develop and publish job descriptions, source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, agencies and referrals.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, background checks and offer negotiations.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, provide analytics and support workforce planning.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certifications a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, agriculture or poultry sectors.
Required skills
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and recruitment technologies such as ATS, HRIS, ERP and LinkedIn Recruiter.
