Talent Acquisition & Delivery Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Delivery Specialist who can own the full architecture of a hire, from sourcing through placement, applying the same rigor we expect for our own team. You will source real candidates, screen them against structured criteria, manage multiple live pipelines, and become the trusted partner employers rely on for successful hires.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and engaging tech and non‑tech professionals across target markets using Boolean search, LinkedIn, referrals, and our verified talent database.
• Screening candidates against structured, role‑specific criteria.
• Managing multiple concurrent hiring pipelines without letting any go quiet.
• Coordinating directly with employers to understand actual needs beyond job titles.
• Tracking recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, conversion rate, and placement retention, and using data to improve processes.
• Helping build and refine Cridentia’s verification process, the core of our marketplace.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruiting or talent sourcing.
• Ability to treat recruiting as a measurable discipline.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments and helping define processes.
• Desire for ownership rather than just task execution.
