Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo by introducing the platform to HR and recruiting contacts in your network.
• Facilitate connections and help new users understand how Flowmingo fits into their hiring workflow.
• Provide feedback and insights that help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for every successful client referral and receive a bonus when onboarding your own company.

Required profile

• HR professional, recruiter, or consultant with an active network of hiring decision‑makers.
• Enjoy recommending tools that genuinely help people.
• Self‑starter who seeks a flexible, high‑reward opportunity.
• Comfortable working on a commission‑only basis without fixed hours or quotas.
