Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Elevare Human Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise its end‑to‑end supply chain operations in Lagos. The role focuses on driving efficiency, reducing costs and ensuring seamless coordination across inventory, warehousing, transportation and distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage inventory control, warehousing, transportation and distribution activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors and logistics partners.
• Analyse supply chain performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with production, sales, finance and operations teams to align activities with business needs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and service agreements with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and health & safety standards.
• Track key performance indicators such as delivery performance, inventory turnover and procurement savings.
• Lead, mentor and develop supply chain team members.
• Manage risks related to supply disruptions, transportation delays and supplier performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CSCP, CPSM, CIPS or APICS is an advantage.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or operations management.
• Proven experience managing supplier relationships and leading supply‑chain optimisation projects.
