About the role
Mayristics Enterprise is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure company policies are adhered to, and support the team in achieving productivity targets.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate employee activities, assign duties and monitor performance.
- Ensure daily operations are completed on time and maintain proper records and reports for management.
- Resolve routine workplace issues, report major concerns, and promote excellent customer service.
- Train, guide and motivate team members while assisting management in meeting company goals.
Required profile
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to organize, manage a team effectively and work under pressure.
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage.
