Summer Programme Coordinator

About the role

The Oxford Institute runs academic, leadership and professional development summer programmes for international students and professionals, set in the historic University of Oxford. It is looking for a dynamic, target-driven and highly organised Summer Programme Coordinator to join its recruitment and outreach team. You will lead recruitment across three groups: prospective students, educational recruitment agencies and industry professionals who act as guest speakers.

Key responsibilities

• Student recruitment and admissions: run proactive outreach to attract students globally, manage inquiries, hold virtual info sessions, guide applicants and parents through enrolment, and track applications against seasonal targets.
• Agency partnerships: identify and build relationships with international agencies, study abroad advisors and partner schools; provide training, marketing materials and support; negotiate agreements and track commissions and pipelines.
• Guest contributor engagement: reach out to academics, corporate leaders and industry professionals, and coordinate their schedules, briefs and onboarding.
• Events and operations: represent the institute at education fairs, webinars and networking events.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in student recruitment, educational consultancy, agency account management or event management.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to build rapport with agencies, professionals, students and parents.
• Results-oriented, able to work toward recruitment goals and KPIs.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills for peak recruitment periods.
