Studio Concierge

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Studio Concierge to welcome clients, manage front‑desk operations and support the daily flow of our beauty studio. The role combines client service, coordination of stylists and technicians, and sales support in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and receive clients professionally, handling check‑in, waiting experience and departure.
• Manage the front desk, incoming calls and client appointment scheduling.
• Coordinate stylists, braiders and technicians, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Identify rebooking and additional‑service opportunities and support in‑studio sales.
• Handle immediate client concerns, service recovery and product recommendations.
• Coordinate client photos, videos and in‑studio reviews, and support ambassador and influencer visits.
• Maintain accurate client and appointment records and complete daily operational checklists.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong telephone etiquette and professional appearance.
• Excellent organisational and coordination abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment.
• Reliable, punctual and accountable with commercial awareness.
