About the role
The Student Counsellor will provide up‑to‑date information and guidance to clients and students wishing to study abroad. You will support marketing activities, maintain client relationships and ensure accurate student data on the portal.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clients/students with current information and appropriate counselling.
- Develop and deliver promotional ideas and marketing activities within budget.
- Support implementation of marketing strategy and specific campaigns.
- Maintain complete knowledge of services and update student information on the portal.
- Monitor competitor activity and prepare presentations as required.
Required profile
- Minimum of an HND.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience counselling students to study abroad in Australia, Canada, the UK or other destinations.
