About the role
Isaacs Consolidated is seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager to design and execute brand growth and revenue strategies across its three subsidiaries. The role focuses on turning the parent company’s vision into a high‑performance engine that drives qualified leads and supports a 10% commission‑based partnership model.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain brand identities for Isaacs Consolidated and its subsidiaries, ensuring a cohesive digital presence.
- Manage and market the “Performance‑Plus” model, securing management retainers and success‑fee arrangements.
- Design and optimise lead‑generation funnels to deliver 10–20 qualified partner inquiries each month.
- Oversee web‑asset restructuring to improve SEO rankings and position the group as a global authority in the venture‑studio space.
- Create high‑fidelity collateral, pitch decks, and case studies to support major sales contracts.
- Support international logistics marketing for hardware distribution routes (Portugal to Nigeria), highlighting cost‑effective, premium solutions.
- Monitor ROAS, conversion rates and profit margins to ensure all activities align with a profit‑only mandate.
- Collaborate across teams to translate technical achievements into compelling marketing narratives.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a strategic marketer or growth architect.
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership, sales teams and subsidiary leads.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience monitoring ROI and profit metrics.
- Strong understanding of brand ecosystem development and revenue‑focused marketing.
