Merchandiser

About the role

The Merchandiser will work in the Marina area of Abuja, helping local business owners adopt the company's mobile app. You will act as the primary point of contact, educating owners on the app’s benefits and ensuring successful onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned business owners, assist them in downloading and setting up the app on Android or iOS.
• Educate owners, friends, families, and neighbours about the app’s visibility benefits and encourage subscription to monthly fees.
• Identify and onboard new businesses within the territory, gathering relevant outlet data.
• Monitor market conditions, submit daily/weekly activity and outlet reports to supervisors.
• Promote the company’s website and social media handles, encouraging follows and shares.

Required profile

• Previous experience in product merchandising, field sales, or related roles is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of the assigned location and ability to work independently in the field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Must reside within or have easy access to the designated locations.
