About the role
The Store Keeper will manage all inventory activities for the hotel, ensuring accurate stock levels and compliance with health and safety standards. This role supports kitchen, bar, housekeeping and maintenance teams by providing timely and organized stock supplies.
Key responsibilities
- Check incoming deliveries against purchase orders for quantity, price and quality, reporting any discrepancies.
- Log all stock movements in the hotel's inventory system and enforce FIFO rotation for perishable items.
- Fulfill daily requisition requests from kitchen, bar, housekeeping and maintenance.
- Maintain clean, secure and organized storerooms, freezers and dry‑goods areas.
- Conduct routine physical stock counts, reconcile with system records and report discrepancies.
- Monitor minimum reorder levels and alert the Purchasing/F&B Manager when stock falls below thresholds.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- At least a diploma in a related field.
