Private Chef – Full‑Time Executive Kitchen Role

About the role

We are seeking a talented, creative, and professional Private Chef to join our team in Abuja. The role involves managing culinary operations, preparing high‑quality nutritious meals, and delivering fine‑dining experiences for executives, staff, and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and present balanced breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus daily, customizing them to dietary requirements and personal preferences.
• Source, select, and inspect fresh ingredients from local markets and trusted vendors, managing inventory, stock levels, and proper storage to minimize waste.
• Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, kitchen sanitation, and safety at all times, while keeping the kitchen and equipment immaculate.
• Cater for corporate meetings, executive luncheons, private events, and special occasions, managing kitchen budgets and tracking culinary expenses.

Required profile

• Culinary arts degree, diploma, or formal culinary training from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience as a Private Chef, Executive Chef, or Sous Chef in a high‑end corporate setting, private residence, or reputable restaurant/hotel.
• Extensive repertoire covering local Nigerian and international cuisines, with ability to accommodate special dietary restrictions (e.g., keto, low‑carb, vegetarian, gluten‑free).
• Proactive, discreet, and professional attitude, high attention to detail, and creative presentation skills.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene protocols, and proper food preservation techniques.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities to manage multiple courses and tight schedules.
