Store Executive – Retail Operations

About the role

The Store Executive will lead the Oron outlet to achieve its performance targets, ensuring high standards of inventory control, customer service, and repair operations. You will act as the primary point of contact for walk‑in customers, coordinate with Energy Officers and the Call Center, and maintain a tidy, safety‑compliant shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and record stock from the warehouse, manage inventory using FIFO principles, and maintain up‑to‑date stock cards and online logs.
• Perform daily cycle counts, monthly stock takes, and generate on‑hand and issue reports for stakeholders.
• Handle faulty units, conduct basic warranty checks, perform simple repairs, and manage spare‑parts re‑orders.
• Maintain the store’s appearance, ensure proper SKU arrangement, and keep the repair bench orderly and safe.
• Welcome customers, provide product assistance, verify warranty eligibility, and resolve queries in collaboration with Energy Officers and the Call Center.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on stock levels, issued items, and repair activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in a similar retail or inventory role.
• Strong communication and people skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• High integrity, proactive mindset, and ability to work flexibly within a team.
• Proven report‑writing ability and good problem‑solving skills.
• Computer literacy with working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of Sun King products or territory familiarity is an advantage.
