Stock Keeper

About the role

The Stock Keeper will manage the flow of goods in our warehouse, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and documentation of inventory. This role is essential for maintaining optimal stock levels and supporting the manufacturing and warehousing operations of Kayomix Ltd.

Key responsibilities

• Physically receive goods from suppliers and logistics providers.
• Verify incoming items against purchase orders and invoices for correct quantities.
• Inspect items for damage or defects before acceptance.
• Organise inventory using FIFO principles to maximise space and accessibility.
• Tag items with barcodes, SKUs, or price tags.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical audits.
• Track shrinkage and alert management when stock falls below reorder points.

Required profile

• BSc or HND in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• NYSC discharge certificate (advantageous).
• Residence near Owode 1 Academy, Ojuodo side, Ibadan.

Required skills

• Understanding of FIFO inventory methodology.
• Ability to perform accurate cycle counts and physical audits.

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 70,000 to NGN 150,000.
