Staff – People Advisory Services (PAS) Mobility

About the role

Join EY's People Advisory Services (PAS) Mobility team as a Staff member, where you will design and deliver business strategies that impact people across global organizations. You will work independently on a variety of projects while focusing on your professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead successful projects, applying technical excellence and a business‑focused approach to solve complex challenges.
• Generate revenue by identifying follow‑up opportunities, building long‑lasting client relationships, and supporting client acquisition through proposals and presentations.
• Direct project workflows from planning to implementation, managing resources, budgets, and multiple engagements.
• Influence customers and stakeholders to secure support for change initiatives.
• Manage, train, and develop junior professionals, enhancing their technical and customer‑service capabilities.

Required profile

• Graduate in Commercial Engineering, Law or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in global migration within a Big 4, specialized consulting firm, or large‑scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of tax processing systems and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade colleagues and clients at all levels.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
• Understanding of broader global mobility topics and preferably a postgraduate specialization in People Management.
• Global mindset with awareness of migration issues across different countries.
