Sr. Market Access & Development Manager

About the role

SpaceX is seeking a Senior Market Access & Development Manager to lead regulatory and business development initiatives for Starlink, its global satellite broadband service. The role will support entry into new markets, expand existing operations, and identify high‑impact commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research to evaluate demand, competition, and entry barriers.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, logistics, legal, tax, and sales teams to align market strategies with product roadmaps and compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with public and private stakeholders to promote Starlink growth.
• Develop a pipeline of commercial opportunities for the Enterprise Sales team and translate customer needs into product enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and address any regulatory issues promptly.
• Identify and close strategic connectivity projects with schools, hospitals, and other high‑impact customers.
• Support the Satellite Policy team in expanding service scope across the region.
• Monitor geopolitical, economic, and regulatory risks, and devise mitigation and continuity plans.
• Track and report KPIs such as new market entries, regulatory approvals, partnership deals, and revenue contributions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, international relations, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in market access, business development, or regulatory affairs within telecommunications, satellite, or technology sectors.
