Specialist, License Development & Projects

About the role

Stranger Soccer is seeking a proactive Specialist to own the license development and project support process. Working closely with the CEO, Executive Director, and a small global team, you will drive lead generation, manage the license pipeline, and ensure smooth execution of ad‑hoc projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee lead generation channels to meet targeted lead volume.
• Maintain and update the license pipeline, schedule appointments, and provide regular reporting.
• Coordinate follow‑up activities with prospective license partners.
• Manage ad‑hoc projects and workstreams as directed by senior leadership.

Required profile

• Experience in international B2B and B2C sales, including lead generation and pipeline management.
• Background in international license or franchise development.
• Strong English communication skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma; interest in football is a plus.
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to travel occasionally to Singapore.

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn for prospecting.
• Experience using Notion for documentation and workflow.
• Proficiency with Slack for team communication.
