Solution Sales Executive (ICT & SaaS)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Solution Sales Executive to join our fast‑growing team in Abuja. You will engage prospective clients, understand their business challenges, and present tailored ICT and SaaS solutions from our portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture potential clients through outbound calls, emails and networking.
• Present and demonstrate ICT services, B2B SaaS applications and marketplace offerings.
• Gather customer requirements and propose customized solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and quotations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, leads and opportunities in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Pre‑Sales and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Provide market feedback to support product improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• 2–4 years proven experience in a Sales or Account Executive role, preferably in ICT, SaaS or consulting.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
