Field Sales Representative Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Field Sales Representative Supervisor to lead, coach and drive the performance of our field sales team in Abuja. The role involves ensuring sales targets are met, expanding territory coverage and strengthening our brand presence across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, mentor and supervise field sales representatives.
• Set daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds KPIs.
• Accompany reps on market visits to coach selling techniques and customer handling.
• Plan routes, assign territories and ensure optimal coverage of Abuja and surrounding areas.
• Submit daily sales reports, market intelligence, competitor activity and team performance data.
• Build relationships with dealers, distributors and retail outlets and resolve escalations.
• Ensure proper product merchandising, pricing and brand visibility in the field.
• Monitor stock levels with reps and coordinate replenishment with logistics.

Required profile

• HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of field sales experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel daily across Abuja.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented with strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (advantageous).
