Social Media Officer

About the role

D'vin Integrated Services is hiring a full-time Social Media Officer based in Emene, Enugu State. The role covers content strategy, creation and editing, social media account management, enquiry handling, Meta ads and performance reporting for the company and its Foundation. On-site work is required Monday to Saturday.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media content strategies, prepare content calendars and research trends and audience interests
• Shoot and edit videos and photos, create captions and graphics, and publish content consistently
• Manage official social media accounts, monitor comments and messages, and keep branding and information accurate
• Respond to enquiries, handle product and service questions, follow up leads and escalate complaints
• Set up and run Meta Ads campaigns, track performance and submit regular reports
• Track growth, engagement and leads, identify high-performing content and recommend improvements

Required profile

• Relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing or content creation
• Ability to plan, shoot and edit engaging content
• Strong written and verbal communication and organisational skills
• Willingness to work on-site in Emene, Enugu State, Monday to Saturday

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms
• Experience using Meta Ads Manager
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut
• Added advantage: a portfolio of managed accounts, content samples or Meta campaigns
