About the role
EaseInBiz is seeking a remote Social Media Manager who can go beyond simple posting to drive strategic growth for modern brands. You will own content planning, paid‑social campaigns, and performance reporting to support the company’s branding and business expansion goals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain structured content calendars across platforms.
- Write strategic, brand‑aligned captions and schedule posts consistently.
- Manage community engagement, respond to DMs, and monitor brand sentiment.
- Set up, run, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Create and manage TikTok advertising campaigns.
- Support Google Ads initiatives where applicable.
- Analyse performance data and deliver monthly reports.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing social media for business, tech, or digital brands.
- Hands‑on expertise with Meta Ads and a solid understanding of TikTok ad structures.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to design converting campaign strategies.
- Highly organized, deadline‑driven, and responsive during agreed working hours.
