About the role

Our client, a luxury fashion retail brand, requires the services of a qualified candidate to fill the position of Social Media Manager & Content Creator. The brand has a passion for craftsmanship, artistry, integrity, and delivering a premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee production of digital media including videos, website development, online advertising, and email marketing.
• Develop, implement, and manage the social media strategy and content calendar.
• Lead day‑to‑day management of digital channels, creating inspirational, informative, and engaging content.
• Create graphics and edit photos in close collaboration with the internal design team.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on performance of digital channels using tools such as Google Analytics.
• Optimize SEO and user engagement, suggesting content improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a social media role.
• Experience creating and editing video content.
• Experience managing social media campaigns and using analytics to optimise performance.
• Experience working across multiple brands while balancing tone and style.
• Excellent writing, storytelling and organisational skills.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new tools.
