Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and engage audiences across multiple platforms. The role will shape strategy, create compelling content, and drive community interaction to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Manage day‑to‑day community engagement, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Plan and run social media campaigns, promotions, contests and paid advertising.
• Track, analyze and report performance using analytics tools.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with influencers, partners and online communities.
• Monitor brand reputation and address issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Journalism or related field.
• 2 years of experience managing social media platforms and campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

• Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design.
• SEO knowledge.
• Video editing and creation.
