About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Growth Lead to drive revenue‑focused marketing initiatives for our pharmaceutical portfolio. You will shape and execute strategies that accelerate market penetration and support our sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth and marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets.
• Plan and manage campaigns, product launches, activations, and promotions.
• Drive digital marketing, content strategy, and online growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Medical Sales Representatives to improve field effectiveness.
• Create sales aids, promotional materials, and marketing tools.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and resources efficiently.
• Track KPIs, campaign performance, and ensure ROI on all activities.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Regulatory, and Distribution teams.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of proven sales and marketing experience in pharmaceutical distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, or a related life‑science field.
• Strong understanding of marketing, digital growth, and campaign execution.
• Data‑driven, creative, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to translate marketing activities into measurable sales and revenue growth.
