Social Media Manager

About the role

RovRide is seeking a full‑time Social Media Manager to lead its online presence in Lekki. You will shape the brand’s voice, drive engagement, and support the company’s mission to improve urban mobility through data‑driven storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and launch social media campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Develop and implement content strategies that align with marketing and operational goals.
• Produce, edit and publish engaging posts, graphics and copy.
• Monitor channels, respond to comments and messages, and nurture a positive community.
• Track performance metrics, generate regular reports and use insights to optimise reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media marketing and social media optimisation (SMO).
• Strong graphic design, content strategy and copy‑writing abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with online audiences and internal teams.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and data interpretation to guide decisions.
• Ability to work on‑site four days a week in a fast‑paced startup environment.
