Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will design and execute the organization’s social media and digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and overall business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube, monitoring trends to launch innovative campaigns.
• Create, edit, and publish high‑quality content for social platforms, blogs, websites, and newsletters while ensuring a consistent brand voice.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and manage budgets for maximum ROI.
• Implement SEO tactics, conduct keyword research, and optimize metadata to increase organic traffic.
• Execute segmented email marketing programs and run A/B tests on landing pages and ad copy to improve conversion rates.
• Track performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Analytics, providing data‑driven insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, product, design teams and external agencies to align marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in social media management and paid digital campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset, creativity, and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work onsite, remotely, or in a hybrid model and occasional after‑hours monitoring of live campaigns.
