Marketing & Sales Executive – Real Estate

About the role

The Marketing & Sales Executive will drive the promotion of Bridge Numerics’ property portfolio in Abuja. You will create and execute marketing strategies, generate qualified leads and support the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and sales campaigns to showcase properties and investment opportunities.
• Identify and engage potential clients through digital channels, field marketing, networking events and referrals.
• Qualify leads based on budget, location preferences and investment objectives, and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Present properties to prospects, conduct viewings, and explain pricing, payment options and benefits.
• Negotiate offers within company guidelines and coordinate with internal teams to close transactions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities to inform strategy.
• Represent the company at exhibitions and promotional events, converting enquiries into leads.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions and sales performance, producing regular reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Real Estate or related field.
• 1–2 years of marketing or sales experience, preferably in real estate or property development.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, property inspections and field activities.
• Female candidates preferred; age 23–30; residence in Abuja preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM or customer management tools.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and lead‑generation techniques.
