Media Team Lead

About the role

The Media Team Lead will shape and execute Perception Consult's social and digital media strategy, driving brand awareness and lead generation across multiple platforms. You will oversee content creation, community management, and performance reporting while ensuring brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social and digital media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Plan, schedule and manage weekly and monthly content calendars.
• Create high‑quality photo, video, Reels and other multimedia assets.
• Write compelling captions, hooks and calls‑to‑action.
• Lead and coordinate the media/content team, maintaining brand image and visual standards.
• Design campaigns focused on brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
• Track performance, analytics and conversions, and prepare monthly media performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• At least a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Photo and video creation/editing.
• Social media content calendar management.
• Analytics and performance tracking tools.
• Community management (comments, DMs, enquiries).
